Intake Coordinator:

Seeking Full-time Intake Coordinator with basic computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook. Must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, display good phone etiquette, and customer service skills. Responsible for scheduling patient appointments, confidential patient information and medical billing. Facility Director:

Full-time position requires leadership, direction and team building while directing the day to day operations of access center. Experience in managing an outpatient/surgical center is optimal. This requires an in depth knowledge of access center operations, scheduling, patient flow, intra procedure technique, EMR documentation, insurance, budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, finance, marketing, payroll and human resources. Interventional radiology experience is a plus. Knowledge of state/local laws and insurance guidelines as they pertain to the access center are an intricate part of the Facility Director’s role. As the facility Director you are required to have an in depth knowledge of your staff’s role/positions in order to direct and cover their positions as needed. Strong ability to communicate effectively with access center staff, dialysis centers, referring physicians, patients and family.
